Etihad Airways Introduces Third Daily Mumbai and Delhi Flights

Etihad Airways recently announced that it will strengthen its operation in India by introducing triple daily flights to Delhi and Mumbai. Both these cities will be upgraded from their double- daily frequencies to triple- daily frequencies. The third daily flight will become operational from 15th February 2015 in Mumbai and from 1st May 2015 in Delhi. The airways will also launch a daily flight to Kolkata on 15th February 2015 in order to maintain its long-term development plan in India. This new initiative will bring in more business and leisure travelers to India and enhance India’s connections with markets across Etihad’s network. This new development came with a mission to strengthen Etihad Airways’ unparalleled offering with Jet Airways in and outside India.

Etihad and Jet Airways will now connect Abu Dhabi to 14 Indian cities every week. Five flights everyday to Mumbai, four daily flights to New Delhi, three flights every day to Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kochi along with two per day to Ahmedabad and Kozhikode and regular services to Jaipur and Trivandrum will strengthen ties between India and other nations.
